Ingredients you need: 3 cups of Flour 1 tsp. of Yeast 1 tsp. of Salt 1.5 cups of Water
How to: In a mixing bowl add your dry ingredients (flour, dry yeast, and salt) and give it a quick mix. Then add your liquids (water) and give it a mix until everything is incorporated.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and towel. Leaving this on the counter for at least 3-5 hours. You can leave overnight for up to 12 hours. The consistency you are looking for the dough should not stick to your finger when you pinching it.
Stretch and pull the dough by pinching with two fingers toward the center (suggest doing this at least 3 times every 1-3 hours). On the last stretch and pull find a bowl where it can comfortably rise, add parchment paper and then place your dough. Plastic wrap and towel to cover and let that do a final rise on counter.
Preheated oven to 450F with your Dutch Oven lid on. Once oven ready remove the Dutch Oven open and add you dough with parchment paper and close the lid.
Let that bake for 40-45min (depending on how well your oven heats) with the lid on. Then remove the lid and place back for another 5-10 min depending on how crusty you like your bread.
Take out the bread once passes your desired visual and place on a cooling rack for at least 15-25 minutes before enjoying.
